NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other
persons having any claims against, the estate of
William Parkin, late of Wickersley, in the county of
York, formerly a Carpenter, deceased (who died on the
17th day of March, 1888, intestate, and of whose personal
estate letters of administration were, on the 25th
day of June, 1888, granted by Her Majesty's High Court
of Justice, at the Wakefield District Registry of the
Probate Division thereof, to Mary Styring), are hereby
required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims
and demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for
the said administratrix, on or before the 10th day of
August, 1888, after which date the said administratrix
will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased
amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only
to the claims and demands of which she shall then have
had notice; and that the said administratrix will not be
liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part
thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim or
demand she shall not then have had notice. Dated the
27th day of June, 1888.
