A volume relating principally to East Riding families, but with some useful notices of West Riding families ; compiled about the year 1595, by some unknown, but judicious hand, was transcribed by Mr. Hunter from a MS. then belonging to the late Robert Wylde Moult, Esq., of Wickersley.
R. W. Moult was Uncle to Miss Mary Aldred,(later wife of T.Warwick, M.D. of Rotherham). He died unmarried on 5th January, 1810, aged 61 and was buried at Wickersley
A William Moult purchased an estate at Milton, Chapel-en-le-Frith which descended to R. W. Moult about 1604.
Sarah Moult, sister of Robert Wylde married Josiah Townsend (d.1819) of Rotherham, Fairford & Elland on 03 AUG 1779 at Wickersley
Samual MOULT married Bridget WYLD 16 NOV 1747 at Wickersley
